Shipping Partners

We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Our main shipping partners include Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, Evri and Yodel for deliveries within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our Order Tracking Page using the tracking number provided.

Customs and Import Taxes

As we currently only ship within the United Kingdom, customs and import taxes do not apply to your delivery.

Address Changes

If you wish to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@getarchly.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect at a collection point, we reserve the right to charge return and reshipping costs.
